Could you tell us about your professional journey?

Patrik: After working in various businesses earlier in my life, I transitioned into the IT world almost 20 years ago. Since then, I have been dedicated to CCM, working with both small and large companies across different industries. I truly enjoy customer communications and strive to find the best solutions for customers…

With over 15 years of experience in customer communications, what skills and knowledge do you consider essential for staying an expert in this field today?

Patrik: Keeping an open mind to the fast-changing world around us is key to success. With new developments occurring all the time, staying alert to changes is essential. Additionally, understanding and viewing things from a client’s perspective is very important, as projects can vary greatly depending on the industry and requirements.

You’re passionate about sports and lead an active lifestyle. Is there anything from your athletic pursuits that contributes to your success at work?

Patrik: My active lifestyle provides me with time to relax and think about other things, which helps me become a better person at work. It energizes me and benefits various situations in my professional life. Also, the principle of always trying to do your best in sports applies to the workplace as well.
