Doctricks AB is an IT consulting firm specializing in Customer Communications and Customer Experience (CCM and CX).

Founded in late 2012 by three experienced consultants, Mats Pursche, Vyv Lomax, and Petrus Näslund, Doctricks has a proven track record of success in helping businesses across the Financial Services and Manufacturing sectors design and implement omni-channel solutions that deliver an optimal customer experience.

Our skilled consultants manage projects of all sizes and have a global footprint, spanning Sweden, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia/Pacific. We are proficient in Swedish, English, French, and Ukrainian, and our team is culturally attuned and experienced to handle global projects seamlessly.

All Doctricks consultants are certified developers by the CCM providers we work with, ensuring that they are consistently updated on the latest versions and functionalities.

Our office is conveniently located in Uppsala city, just 35 km north of Arlanda Airport and 70 km north of Stockholm.

A university degree in economics, law, or system sciences is essential. Experience in banking, financial services, or customer communication/document management systems (OpenText Exstream, StreamServe, or Quadient Inspire) is highly desirable.

Fluency in English and Swedish is mandatory.
Additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or German, are a bonus.

Founder of Doctricks - Sales and Solutions Architecture

Sales and Solutions Architecture. With a background in web application development for the financial services sector, he brings over two decades of experience in global CCM solutions. Outside of work, he passionately delves into exploring wines from around the globe.

Anne-Emmanuelle Näslund

CEO

She has the ability of understanding challenges on a larger scale and finds it stimulating working with process improvements. She has been involved in multicultural organizations and projects and brings that mindset to Doctricks and its customers. She enjoys traveling and discovering cultures and is particularly interested in textile art.

Sandrine Elander

Senior Project Manager

She has CRM experience in the automotive and financial services industries. As Scrum Master she has a proven track record of motivating and facilitating teams to achieve project objectives and promoting open communication. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time gardening and exploring new technologies.

Hanna Oldengård

Project Manager

Hanna has a telecom background and expertise in deployment, communication solutions and migration projects. She makes sure to deliver projects and has a problem-solving mind-set with customer satisfaction as her first priority. She enjoys collecting all types of gadgets that are intended to play music.

Sussie Ax

Finance and administrative assistant

She has years of experience in the area and comes latest from the service industry, where she ran her own hotel. Sussie is passionate about providing the best service to Doctrick’s customers, suppliers and colleagues. In her spare time, she and her husband run a catering company, where she is able to use her creative side.

Ella Söderberg

Technical Consultant

Ella has a MSc. degree in interaction technology and design from Umeå University. Her education has given her knowledge about development, human-computer interaction, usability, UX-design and problem solving. She enjoys having the role as a bridge between the user and the technology. In her free time Ella enjoys reading books and take long walks with her dog.

Hanna Onufriieva

Graphic Designer - Project Coordinator

Hanna has a background in web development and is also involved in project coordination. She has a keen eye for detail and process structure. In her spare time, she enjoys reading psychology books and going for walks in the countryside.

Adept at tackling complex technical challenges, he excels in delivering prompt and efficient solutions. With a diverse industry background, his adaptability enhances every project. He enjoys capturing moments through the lens of photography.

Technical Consultant

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. He enjoys working with document structure and design and he is strong at offering the best solutions to customers when troubleshooting questions or issues. In his free time he likes hiking in the mountains and playing basketball.

Technical Consultant

Ihor has been working 7 years with OT StreamServe/Exstream as well as other OT products for large global clients. His experience includes document layout development, requirements analysis, business logic programming, output customisation and multi-language support configuration. He enjoys spending time with family, watching Formula1, listening tohistory podcasts and going to the gym.

The CCM wizard from Lviv with a passion for blending the virtual and culinary worlds! Day by day in more than 8 years, Victor has been weaving through complex technical solutions like a code artisan. When not immersed in the tech realm, you’ll find Victor donning an apron and conquering the kitchen with the same precision used to debug code.

Yuriy has a degree in automation and computer integrated technologies. He has more than 5 years of experience working with OT Exstream for various clients.
