Exciting news! Our team is growing once again!

We’re thrilled to welcome Nicolas Blanluet, our new Project Manager, to the team. His skills and expertise will contribute to our continued success.
We’re looking forward to achieving amazing results together. Welcome aboard, Nicolas!

What inspired you to pursue a career in project management?
I saw in project management the opportunity to work on challenging transboundary questions (like I have previously in my academic career done within environment, gender, or migration topics). I am beside driven by the satisfaction of achieving a clear and ambitious goal that brings concrete and useful results for the customers, giving me a true sense of accomplishment.
Equally important to me is being part of a strong, collaborative team, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and sharing experiences and ideas. It’s this dynamic environment that pushes us to deliver our best work.

What skills do you consider most important for your new role?
In my new role, several key skills stand out.
The first one is having a good understanding of the overall project and the customer’s needs. This helps me align the team’s efforts with the desired outcomes and ensure we deliver the solutions expected.
Patience and empathy are equally important, allowing me to navigate challenges and build good relationships with customers.
Curiosity also plays a key role, as continuous learning and innovation allow me to explore new ideas, refine processes, and adapt to the ever-changing demands of projects.

How will your background in political science help you in project management?
My background in political science will benefit me strongly in project management. It has trained me to approach problems from a multidisciplinary perspective considering the study of complex systems, from diverse viewpoint, mobilizing various economical, legal, or social themes.
This will enable me to approach problems with greater flexibility to explore innovative solutions and achieve the projects’ goals, ensuring successful outcomes.

How will you maintain a professional and personal life balance given your hobbies?
Living abroad made me strongly value the importance of being close to my relatives, especially under the Covid period. I have the chance of seeing my family and friends from my homeland often, but it doesn’t affect my professional life. On the contrary, I think it led me to be quite good at planning my time and be fully present to the tasks I am committed to. Otherwise, I do share my hobbies with anyone with passion, from talking about a good movie with colleagues, going to an exhibition in Paris, for a walk in the nature in Stockholm or discovering interesting places abroad. It’s socially and culturally stimulating, and it fits very well who I am.

What cinematic genres or films are you particularly passionate about?
I do watch a lot of documentaries, about history, societal questions or geopolitical challenges or conflicts. In fiction, it’s always a pleasure to rewatch movies from the king of suspense A. Hitchcock or discover new styles, stories, and universes from European directors, from an eccentric P. Almodóvar to an introspective Ingmar Bergman including French talent such as Agnès Varda or Justine Triet.

We are confident that Nicolas’ experience and unique perspective will be key elements in reaching new heights for our team. We look forward to his contributions and future successes!

Doctricks attends Quadient Innovation Day in Stockholm: Insights and Inspiration for the Future of CCM

On 3 September, the Doctricks team had the privilege of attending Quadient Innovation Day in Stockholm. This event brought together industry leaders and professionals to explore the latest advancements in Customer Communications Management (CCM), offering a platform for innovative ideas and insightful discussions.

Our very own Petrus Näslund took the stage, sharing his expertise on CCM and discussing why Doctricks is committed to adopting modern solutions that enhance customers, employee’s , and management experience. He stressed the importance of staying ahead in today’s fast-paced digital landscape, where Total Experience (TX) has become more crucial than ever before.

Throughout the day, we exchanged ideas with some of the industry’s top minds and were inspired by presentations that explored the future of CCM. These thought-provoking discussions highlighted how evolving customer expectations demand seamless, personalized, and efficient communication strategies. As businesses face the challenges of digital transformation, a robust and forward-thinking CCM strategy is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity for creating meaningful and lasting customer relationships.

Empowering Accessibility – Insights from the OpenText Nordic

At the OpenText Nordic meeting in Stockholm on 15 May, Petrus Näslund gave a presentation on the upcoming implementation of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and what changes companies should make to their documents to meet accessibility standards.

An experiment was proposed that gave a sense of the importance of accessibility standards. Participants, wearing masks over their eyes, tried to understand a document that did not meet requirements and compared it with a revised version. The results were impressive!

Our experts on the Doctricks team have been studying this issue thoroughly and are ready to help you prepare for the upcoming accessibility directive. Contact us for professional support and advice!

On May 15th, Doctricks participated in the OpenText Summit Nordics held in Stockholm, where we proudly served as gold sponsors. Our presence included a prominent booth, providing attendees with the opportunity to engage with us regarding our services.

Throughout the day, attendees were treated to a series of compelling lectures and discussions that left us collectively inspired. One particularly noteworthy theme that emerged was the growing significance of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications across various products from OpenText. Implementation of AI into our document development processes holds promise for enhancing:

  • Efficient delivery of high-quality products
  • Adaptation of services to the diverse needs of customers

In addition to discussions on AI, accessibility emerged as a key focus of the summit. Our own Petrus Näslund delivered two insightful sessions on the subject, where he talked about how to implement accessible documents and what to think about when preparing for the new law called “European Accessibility Act” (EAA) that is coming into effect next year.

We extend our gratitude to all participants for contributing to the success of this event, making it a truly enriching experience.
