The Impact of Gender Diversity

As we conclude this series, we share another perspective from our team. What benefits do you think gender diversity brings to teams?

Petrus Näslund, Founder of Doctricks:

” – Why do I think gender diversity in tech matter? Because it’s not just about fairness—it’s about creating better solutions. When you bring different perspectives into the room, you get smarter ideas, stronger collaboration, and products that serve more people.

Diverse teams don’t just work better—they innovate faster. People who feel valued contribute more, stay longer, and solve problems creatively. And in a client-facing business, diversity helps you connect with a broader audience.

For me, running a business means building an environment where the best ideas win—because everyone has a seat at the table.”

Doctricks wishes all women a Happy International Women’s Day!

We wish you inspiration, ambition, and the strength to achieve any goal! May your journey be filled with opportunities, support, and exciting challenges.

Different perspectives, experiences, and approaches make companies more flexible, creative, and successful. The tech industry is evolving, and more women are shaping its future every day.

To celebrate this, we are asking the men in our team why they believe diversity in tech matters and how they see the future of the industry.

What do you think the IT industry will look like in 10 years? Will it become more gender-balanced?

Varun Vimala Gangadharan, Tech Lead Doctricks:

–  The tech industry, historically male-dominated, is increasingly prioritizing diversity and inclusion.

Expanding opportunities for women—from trainee programs to leadership roles—helps address biases and create a more balanced workforce.

Ongoing efforts, including mentorship and leadership programs, are paving the way for a more inclusive and innovative future in IT.

Have you ever had a female mentor in your career? If so, what did you learn from her?

Nicolas Blanluet Project Manager:

– I have had the chance to be mentored by female mentors. Having female mentors across different organizations has given me valuable insights into planning, problem-solving, and thinking beyond limits.

I admire their ability to listen, collaborate, and lead with clear objectives and ambition.

Their support has helped me grow, stay curious, and gain confidence in my work.

I believe these qualities are essential in any leader, regardless of gender.

Doctricks attends Quadient Innovation Day in Stockholm: Insights and Inspiration for the Future of CCM

On 3 September, the Doctricks team had the privilege of attending Quadient Innovation Day in Stockholm. This event brought together industry leaders and professionals to explore the latest advancements in Customer Communications Management (CCM), offering a platform for innovative ideas and insightful discussions.

Our very own Petrus Näslund took the stage, sharing his expertise on CCM and discussing why Doctricks is committed to adopting modern solutions that enhance customers, employee’s , and management experience. He stressed the importance of staying ahead in today’s fast-paced digital landscape, where Total Experience (TX) has become more crucial than ever before.

Throughout the day, we exchanged ideas with some of the industry’s top minds and were inspired by presentations that explored the future of CCM. These thought-provoking discussions highlighted how evolving customer expectations demand seamless, personalized, and efficient communication strategies. As businesses face the challenges of digital transformation, a robust and forward-thinking CCM strategy is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity for creating meaningful and lasting customer relationships.

Key Takeaways: Innovating for a Better Customer Experience

One of the most impactful lessons from the event was the undeniable role of innovation in enhancing the customer experience. In a world where digital transformation presents both opportunities and complexities, businesses must lead the way by not only staying relevant but also by shaping the future of customer interactions. A dynamic CCM strategy is critical to ensuring that communications are not just effective but are also impactful and tailored to individual customer needs.

At Doctricks, we are excited to implement the insights and strategies gained from this event. Our commitment to leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies remains strong as we continue to deliver top-tier solutions to our clients. We look forward to seeing how these new ideas will positively influence our customers, their teams, and their customers.
