Let’s get to know her better!

What inspired you to pursue a career in project management, and how did you come to your current role?

I enjoy organizing, planning, and leading teams to achieve specific goals. The role involves strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, which makes it extremely rewarding for me. I started in IT as a developer and gradually took on more responsibilities in project management, gaining certifications that helped me advance in my career.

How does your experience working in large companies and in different project management models help you in your new role as a team leader?

Working in large companies exposed me to diverse organizational cultures, processes, and challenges. This experience allows me to navigate complex situations, make informed decisions, and implement best practices. It has also helped me develop strong leadership skills—communication, delegation, and conflict resolution—that foster collaboration and improve team performance.

What skills and knowledge do you plan to apply in your new position?

I plan to apply effective leadership, clear communication, project management expertise, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, mentoring, and technical knowledge to create a collaborative and highly productive environment while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Are there any secrets that help you find innovative solutions and achieve the best results in projects?

I am always curious about how things work and like to think outside the box. I embrace failures as learning opportunities and engage with colleagues and industry experts to gain diverse perspectives. I also adopt an iterative approach—testing, gathering feedback, and making continuous improvements—to drive innovation and achieve better outcomes.

How do you maintain a balance between your professional and personal life, taking into account your hobbies and active lifestyle?

Maintaining balance is essential for productivity and creativity. I set clear boundaries between work and personal time, prioritize tasks, and take regular tea breaks to recharge. I spend quality time with my family and friends in the evenings and love traveling during vacations.

We are excited to welcome Madhuri to our team and are confident that her contribution will help us reach new heights in project execution and the development of Doctricks. Learn more about our projects on website!

Exciting news! Our team is growing once again!

We’re thrilled to welcome Nicolas Blanluet, our new Project Manager, to the team. His skills and expertise will contribute to our continued success.
We’re looking forward to achieving amazing results together. Welcome aboard, Nicolas!

What inspired you to pursue a career in project management?
I saw in project management the opportunity to work on challenging transboundary questions (like I have previously in my academic career done within environment, gender, or migration topics). I am beside driven by the satisfaction of achieving a clear and ambitious goal that brings concrete and useful results for the customers, giving me a true sense of accomplishment.
Equally important to me is being part of a strong, collaborative team, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and sharing experiences and ideas. It’s this dynamic environment that pushes us to deliver our best work.

What skills do you consider most important for your new role?
In my new role, several key skills stand out.
The first one is having a good understanding of the overall project and the customer’s needs. This helps me align the team’s efforts with the desired outcomes and ensure we deliver the solutions expected.
Patience and empathy are equally important, allowing me to navigate challenges and build good relationships with customers.
Curiosity also plays a key role, as continuous learning and innovation allow me to explore new ideas, refine processes, and adapt to the ever-changing demands of projects.

How will your background in political science help you in project management?
My background in political science will benefit me strongly in project management. It has trained me to approach problems from a multidisciplinary perspective considering the study of complex systems, from diverse viewpoint, mobilizing various economical, legal, or social themes.
This will enable me to approach problems with greater flexibility to explore innovative solutions and achieve the projects’ goals, ensuring successful outcomes.

How will you maintain a professional and personal life balance given your hobbies?
Living abroad made me strongly value the importance of being close to my relatives, especially under the Covid period. I have the chance of seeing my family and friends from my homeland often, but it doesn’t affect my professional life. On the contrary, I think it led me to be quite good at planning my time and be fully present to the tasks I am committed to. Otherwise, I do share my hobbies with anyone with passion, from talking about a good movie with colleagues, going to an exhibition in Paris, for a walk in the nature in Stockholm or discovering interesting places abroad. It’s socially and culturally stimulating, and it fits very well who I am.

What cinematic genres or films are you particularly passionate about?
I do watch a lot of documentaries, about history, societal questions or geopolitical challenges or conflicts. In fiction, it’s always a pleasure to rewatch movies from the king of suspense A. Hitchcock or discover new styles, stories, and universes from European directors, from an eccentric P. Almodóvar to an introspective Ingmar Bergman including French talent such as Agnès Varda or Justine Triet.

We are confident that Nicolas’ experience and unique perspective will be key elements in reaching new heights for our team. We look forward to his contributions and future successes!

About Ella:
I am 26 years old who recently took my master’s degree in interaction technology and design. I have worked at Doctricks as an IT-consultant for the last few months.

What does equality mean for you?
Equality for me means that everyone is given the same opportunities regardless gender. Being a woman is not a disadvantage it is an advantage.

Can you share any personal experiences or observations regarding gender dynamics in the university?
During my time at university, I never felt I got mistreated because I was female. I studied a program where the gender ratio was 50/50, which is quite unique for a tech education.

However, something I noticed and know is a problem is that most tech educations is dominated by men. I do not personally think that it is on purpose, but I do think that it is an issue that needs to be handled. We need to encourage more women to take an interest in tech and show them that there is place for them as well. For example, in my year there was roughly just about 3 women out of 70 reading the computer engineering program.

What do you think can be done to enforce equality among tech educations?
I think it is important with presence. Show other women that the tech industry is a place for them as well. During my time as a student, I rarely came by other women working in tech when talking to different tech companies. We need to be better at representing equality within the tech industry and promoting a future where equality is not just the goal but also the reality.
