Prioritizing Document Accessibility: A Smart Path to Success
Prioritizing Document Accessibility: A Smart Path to Success
Making digital and document accessibility a core value goes beyond simply complying with regulations like the European Accessibility Act (EAA). It’s a powerful statement about your commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and equity (DEI). This focus on accessibility unlocks a range of benefits for your organization.
By ensuring your products and services are usable by a wider audience, including those with disabilities, you naturally broaden your market reach. This expanded customer base includes individuals who value ethical and socially responsible businesses, fostering brand loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
Furthermore, companies that excel in accessibility are recognized as leaders in innovation and customer experience. This reputation sets you apart in a competitive market, while also reducing the risk of legal and compliance issues.
But the benefits extend beyond customers. By fostering an inclusive work environment through accessibility, your company becomes an employer of choice for today’s top talent who value diversity. This attracts a wider pool of skilled individuals, strengthening your organization from within.
Ultimately, integrating accessibility into your core business strategy positions you for sustainable growth in a global marketplace. This focus on inclusivity creates opportunities for innovation and fosters a culture that drives success. In short, accessibility is not just the right thing to do, it’s a smart business decision that strengthens your brand, broadens your reach, and positions you for long-term success.

Doctricks Team Completes Scrum Training!
Doctricks Team Completes Scrum Training!
On October 21-22, our team at Doctricks ( Ella Söderberg, Hanna Onufriieva, Varun Vimala Gangadharan, Nicolas Blanluet Sauvage) had the incredible opportunity to attend a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training with Henrik Kniberg in Stockholm. The two-day session was packed with valuable insights, practical exercises, and real-world case studies that brought the Scrum framework to life for all of us.
The training didn’t just focus on theory; it was an engaging, hands-on experience that challenged our understanding and deepened our appreciation for Agile methodologies. From interactive workshops to solving real business challenges using Scrum principles, we left the session feeling inspired and equipped with fresh ideas for applying these concepts to our projects.
This experience has reinforced our commitment to fostering a collaborative and adaptive approach in our work. We are excited to implement the new strategies we’ve learned and continue improving our processes to deliver even more value to our clients.
A huge thanks to Henrik Kniberg for guiding us through such an engaging and transformative journey. We’re energized and ready to take our teamwork to the next level!

Project Manager – Nicolas Blanluet
Exciting news! Our team is growing once again!
We’re thrilled to welcome Nicolas Blanluet, our new Project Manager, to the team. His skills and expertise will contribute to our continued success.
We’re looking forward to achieving amazing results together. Welcome aboard, Nicolas!
What inspired you to pursue a career in project management?
I saw in project management the opportunity to work on challenging transboundary questions (like I have previously in my academic career done within environment, gender, or migration topics). I am beside driven by the satisfaction of achieving a clear and ambitious goal that brings concrete and useful results for the customers, giving me a true sense of accomplishment.
Equally important to me is being part of a strong, collaborative team, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and sharing experiences and ideas. It’s this dynamic environment that pushes us to deliver our best work.
What skills do you consider most important for your new role?
In my new role, several key skills stand out.
The first one is having a good understanding of the overall project and the customer’s needs. This helps me align the team’s efforts with the desired outcomes and ensure we deliver the solutions expected.
Patience and empathy are equally important, allowing me to navigate challenges and build good relationships with customers.
Curiosity also plays a key role, as continuous learning and innovation allow me to explore new ideas, refine processes, and adapt to the ever-changing demands of projects.
How will your background in political science help you in project management?
My background in political science will benefit me strongly in project management. It has trained me to approach problems from a multidisciplinary perspective considering the study of complex systems, from diverse viewpoint, mobilizing various economical, legal, or social themes.
This will enable me to approach problems with greater flexibility to explore innovative solutions and achieve the projects’ goals, ensuring successful outcomes.
How will you maintain a professional and personal life balance given your hobbies?
Living abroad made me strongly value the importance of being close to my relatives, especially under the Covid period. I have the chance of seeing my family and friends from my homeland often, but it doesn’t affect my professional life. On the contrary, I think it led me to be quite good at planning my time and be fully present to the tasks I am committed to. Otherwise, I do share my hobbies with anyone with passion, from talking about a good movie with colleagues, going to an exhibition in Paris, for a walk in the nature in Stockholm or discovering interesting places abroad. It’s socially and culturally stimulating, and it fits very well who I am.
What cinematic genres or films are you particularly passionate about?
I do watch a lot of documentaries, about history, societal questions or geopolitical challenges or conflicts. In fiction, it’s always a pleasure to rewatch movies from the king of suspense A. Hitchcock or discover new styles, stories, and universes from European directors, from an eccentric P. Almodóvar to an introspective Ingmar Bergman including French talent such as Agnès Varda or Justine Triet.
We are confident that Nicolas’ experience and unique perspective will be key elements in reaching new heights for our team. We look forward to his contributions and future successes!
