Last week Doctricks hosted our yearly Swedish fika with a Halloween theme. This included coffee, homemade treats, creative costumes adn time to meet each other! We dicussed the history of Halloween, its celebration across Europe, and enjoyed some goods laughs together. 

While we might no longer be afraid of monsters hiding under the bed, adult life has its own scary things: security patches, upgrades, complex documents with specific logic!

We’re celebrating a milestone, 5 years of Hanna Oldengård being part of our team!

Over these years, Hanna has:
– delivered complex projects with precision and care
– built bridges between teams and departments
– led with empathy, clarity, and a calm confidence that inspires everyone around her.

But Hanna is more than just a brilliant Project Manager. She’s someone who brings structure to chaos, vision to strategy, and heart to leadership. Her sharp sense of humor adds warmth and levity to even the most intense moments.

To mark this anniversary, we asked Hanna a few quick questions:

What do you enjoy most about working at Doctricks?

Hanna: Since I started at Doctricks I have always been given a great amount of support and been trusted with some rather complex projects from day one. And this way-of-working is key to many of our customer success stories throughout the years. That we are all sharing knowledge amongst us and really leverage on that trust is one of the main deliverables at Doctricks.

What do you think makes a great Project Manager?

Hanna: From my perspective there are some main ingredients that for sure will result in reaching project goals and maintaining project efficiency. The starting point should always be focused on planning, having a dose of flexibility and to keep taking those though decisions.

Have your motivation factors changed over the years?

Hanna: My motivation factors have for sure changed during these last 5 years. I would say that a huge part of that is thanks to our prominent customers providing us with positive feedback throughout. When we can match their needs and help their business in any way; it´s always a win for us at Doctricks as well.
